ELGI’s EN series screw air compressors are designed to encapsulate all functional components and the compressor within one common housing. With the small footprint high reliability, low maintenance requirements, the EN model is ideal for small and medium scale industries such as food packaging, garages, machining and fabrication workshops.

The newly introduced EQ series screw oil lubricated air compressor is targeted at providing the small and medium enterprises with a mid-range screw air compressor which is built to perform reliably in tough conditions, the compressor operates in dusty environments and humid conditions with an ambient design of 50c, this machine comes with a 6-year peace of mind warranty.

The EG series compressors represent a giant leap in design and performance with each component designed for reliability and ease of maintenance. This oil lubricated compressor is produced according to relevant international standards (UL, ASME, CE, and others) and is designed to meet established international quality guidelines. These new generation compressors are designed to lower operating costs and may offer a quicker return on investment. Additionally, they include a 10-year warranty for the air end.   

Oil free screw air compressors – ranging from 11kw---450kw The oil free compressed air market is very niche -ELGI do two variants of oil free air compressors, the AB Series (Water injected) and the OF Series (Dry Screw technology). The AB Series water injected screw compressors deliver 100% oil free air, in compliance with the stringent norms of ISO 8573-1 Class 0 and ISO 8573-7. The result? High quality air, free of microbiological contaminants. The AB Series produces units ranging from 11kw variable speed compressors to 110kw machines. The OF Series oil free screw air compressor consistently produces oil free air that meets ISO8573-1 class ‘0’ oil requirements. The metal surfaces of the compressor are coated with food-grade coating to ensure clean, oil free air without any metal particles. Pipes have special e-coating that ensures clean, oil free air all the time. With optimised rotor clearances ensuring consistent air delivery, these machines are ideal for large-scale industries such as chemical, textile, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals and the food & beverage industry. To have oil free air, companies have had to deal with high costs and low efficiency in the past. ELGI’s OF (Oil Free) Series compressors use proprietary technology to provide high uptime and reliability.
